Sinoy Joseph grew up in Kerala surrounded by food, farming, and the everyday rhythm of a family kitchen. His mother taught him the patience and intuition behind home cooking, while his father helped pioneer organic farming in the region, shaping Sinoy's respect for fresh produce and honest ingredients.
At just 17, Sinoy started his own catering business. What began as a young chef's passion has grown into Sinoy's Kitchen, known for authentic Kerala cuisine prepared with care, consistency, and a genuine love for feeding people well.
